I enjoy helping individuals with a variety of concerns including life transitions, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, health issues, substance use concerns, and healing from trauma. My practice is LGBTQ affirming and I am experienced working with Trans and gender-nonconforming individuals.
I work with adults of all ages, genders, and racial/ethnic backgrounds and have extensive experience with college students and emerging adults.
