Pain can quietly shape your life. Many people come to therapy carrying pain, along with sadness, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, or the reverberations of past traumatic experiences. Inside, something may feel unsettled, lonely, or heavy. We are wired for connection, yet old patterns, self-doubt, and past pain can influence how we move through the world and relate to others and ourselves, sometimes making closeness feel difficult or unsafe. Beneath it all lies a rich inner world of thoughts, longings, and feelings that may not yet have had the space or safety to be fully known or metabolized.
Therapy offers a space to slow down and attend to your inner world. Together, we explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape how you experience yourself, others, and the therapeutic relationship. Over time, what once felt fixed can begin to soften, creating space for new understanding, relief, and a greater sense of ease and choice.
My approach is relational and psychodynamic. You are welcome to show up just as you are, with whatever thoughts, feelings, or uncertainties you carry. Through sustained and attuned work, greater clarity, self-compassion, and freedom can emerge, supporting a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.
