Your mental health matters. Simply put suffering in silence sucks. Having someone to talk to each week to process and make a plan with can mean the difference between misery - getting by; getting by - to doing good; Doing good too - Awesome. There will always be ups and downs but that's why there are people like me to help you build the tools to manage the hard times and build the character to take advantage of the opportunities for a great life. People suffer when stress builds and feelings of support shrink. I do 100% teletherapy so all the initial docs and meetings you can do from home, and between classes with less stress. I have a passion for working with college students. I am a former adjunct professor, college counselor, and I'm a certified career and executive coach. In my practice, I keep it simple, real, and kind, using a Person-Centered approach, positive psychology with other humanistic and tranpersonal tools (Psychotherapy jargon)

My focus is on supporting highly sensitive people, neurodivergent folks, and those navigating the intersection of chronic physical and mental health challenges. Many of my clients carry deep exhaustion from masking, overextending, or abandoning themselves to fit in. My work centers on creating belonging, restoring self-trust, and honoring sensitivity as a gift - not a problem to solve.
If you're looking to heal past trauma, mend broken relationships, sort through major life transitions, or just get some general support, I am here to help. I believe that regardless of who you are, what you've done, or what you've been through, you deserve to feel good in your life, and you can feel good. Using the strengths you already have, and tools you may not yet have, together we will find a way forward. My clients say I have a calming presence, and that they feel seen, heard, and understood in sessions.
I have over 10 years of experience working with hundreds of college-age clients from all walks of life. With my background as both a special education teacher and college and career counselor, I enjoy helping clients explore their identity, increase self-confidence and autonomy, and overcome fears (or whatever else is blocking them from living well). As a therapist, most of the clients I see experience OCD, anxiety, and neurodivergence. I tailor treatment to my clients’ individual needs and create a warm, supportive environment in sessions where they can truly be themselves without judgment.
