I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient facilities, supporting both individual clients and their families. I have worked with individuals who are managing ADHD, Autism, PTSD, OCD, symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, transition of life, academic needs, relationship challenges and changes, and managing stressors throughout life and more. As a former high school teacher, I have helped adolescents as they transition into adulthood. Now as a therapist, I enjoy working with individuals and couples through transitions of all kinds. I can help navigate the big life changes adolescents face, issues within family dynamics (family and marital issues), and issues that come with career changes and aging. I am an excellent resource for those suffering with anxiety, depression and BPD, especially those newly diagnosed with BPD.
