I offer weekly in-person and virtual therapy sessions at a sliding scale of $10-50. My office is in the Kerns neighborhood in Portland. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship challenges. You may feel stuck in patterns you’re ready to break free from but unsure how to start. Using the collaborative LifeMaps treatment plan, we will explore how your past has shaped your present and work to build self-awareness, uncover strengths, and foster change. My experience as a gay man raised in the South gives me a deeper understanding of how culture, identity, and family can shape who we become. My approach is an integration of psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral modalities, which means I will explore the way you experienced the world from birth until present in order to identify habits and behaviors that have become roadblocks to living in alignment with the person you want to be. By tracing present-day patterns back to their origins and understanding how they’ve developed over time, psychodynamic therapy helps people live more meaningful lives. Starting therapy can feel uncertain, especially when life feels heavy or confusing. My hope is that our work gives you space to slow down and look more closely at what’s happening beneath the surface. Together we’ll notice patterns that keep repeating and explore where they come from, so that new choices can begin to take shape. I see therapy as a collaboration built trust, curiosity, and honesty. My approach is warm and steady, with room for humor when it fits. I believe that change begins when you can speak freely, even about things that feel uncomfortable or hard to name. Over time, that process can bring relief, clarity, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and others.

I support college students whether you’re just starting out, returning to school, or navigating a major life shift through anxiety, trauma, and the many transitions that come with this chapter of life. College can feel overwhelming in ways people don’t always talk about. The pressure to succeed, uncertainty about the future, shifting relationships, and trying to figure out who you are it’s a lot to carry. Therapy with me is a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin to make sense of everything you’ve been holding. Together, we’ll work to: Understand patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed Learn how to regulate anxiety, stress, and intense emotions Build coping tools that actually fit your daily life as a student Strengthen your sense of identity, confidence, and direction My approach blends Culturally Adaptive CBT, person-centered therapy, and somatic (body-based) practices so we’re not just talking about change, we’re helping your mind and body actually experience it. I work with college students who may be: Feeling anxious, burnt out, or constantly “on edge” Struggling to balance school, work, and personal life Carrying trauma or past experiences that still feel present Navigating friendships, dating, or family expectations Questioning identity, purpose, or direction in life First-generation or BIPOC students looking for a culturally safe, understanding space Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

In this world full of stressors, it is common to feel emotionally and mentally maxed out, disconnected or disheartened. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe and comfortable being fully you, and can practice cultivating a relationship with yourself that is compassionate, curious, resourced, and hopeful. I work with adults navigating relationship issues past or present, anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult life transitions, grief, and more. Together we can process what you’ve been through and build the capacity to grow into the person you wish to become. I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which supports the development of psychological flexibility, mindfulness, and value-based living; and psychodynamic therapy, which helps uncover how past experiences shape our current patterns, desires, and unmet needs. Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, brokenhearted, or simply looking for a space to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, I’m here to support you. I’ll challenge you when needed, always with care and respect, and encourage you every step of the way with warmth and humor. You can reach me by phone at 503-334-2585 or email me at kiraehrmann@introspectivecollective.org.

I am deeply committed to supporting people of all identities, especially neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals, towards greater healing and empowerment. I will spend a considerable amount of time learning more about you, what your values are, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. My goal is to provide a safe enough space where we can build trust together and work towards your goals. I want to empower those who struggle with anxiety, depression, family dysfunction, relational challenges, managing daily stress, and trauma. As much as we may wish we could get rid of difficult emotions, I offer gentle exploration towards what it can feel like to begin to develop new relationships with unwanted feelings. I have an extensive background in mindfulness and offer clients a variety of mindfulness tools (that aren't too precious). Self compassion will be at the heart of our work. I believe that the most healing aspect of therapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. I offer warmth, patience, mediocre metaphors, and occasional humor. I feel honored and privileged to get to work with clients and it feels especially sweet when people begin to feel comfortable opening up. You can reach me by phone at 971-266-3010 or email me at alinakhodadian@introspectivecollective.org.

If you’re looking for a supportive and easy-to-talk-to therapist, to help you achieve your goals, we may be a good fit. I help adults and adolescents that are struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD and relationship issues. I help students trying to find their place in life. I also help men overcome anger issues that may negatively impact their quality of life. I practice CBT, ACT, and DBT. I work with business owners, creatives, students, athletes, musicians, writers, therapists, teenagers and more. Together, we will find solutions to your struggles so you live your rich and meaningful life. I do telehealth and walk-and-talk therapy, aka ecotherapy. We'll either meet online or at a park in Portland and walk for 50 minutes. Ecotherapy gives you exercise, forest bathing and talk therapy. Couples, men and trauma survivors often prefer ecotherapy since walking often increases vulnerability. Together, we'll help you feel better and get better. I owned two businesses before I became a therapist. One appeared on The Dog Whisperer with Cesar Millan. I’m also a father, husband, friend, animal lover, mistake-maker, Little League coach, ex-D 1 athlete and (hopefully) down-to-earth. I strive to bring trust and transparency to my relationships. I believe humility is a superpower. Call or email me and let’s connect!

When people can feel safe being their most vulnerable and authentic selves, it is such a privilege to witness. I enjoy working with people from all sorts of backgrounds and experiences who are curious about themselves and willing to be open to the therapeutic process. We start by getting to know each other and ideally we move forward to identify and build upon your strengths and work in learning more about patterns that may be holding you back. We work on what we can change, what we must accept, and what we want to challenge in ourselves. We move at a pace that will suit you and I will provide feedback or listen more as you need. We work collaboratively.

Hi! I'm Dr. Veronica Sullivan and I'm a licensed psychologist accepting new patients living in Oregon or Washington. I have a private practice now, but much of my career was spent working as a therapist in college counseling centers. I saw undergrads and graduate students for invidual and group therapy, advised student clubs, and was a college professor. I love working with students as this is such an exciting and transformative time of life, though it can also bring some unique challenges. You don't have to go through it alone and I'd love to support you. Send me an email if you'd like a free consultation to see if we might be a good fit to work together!

Hi there! My vision of successful therapy is that you feel at home in yourself and maintain that center as you engage with the world around you. You will experience more ease, compassion, connection, balance, expansiveness, and a clarity about who you are and where you stand in relation to the experiences that brought you to therapy to begin with. Your issues may include not feeling like yourself, feeling stuck, grieving a loss, feeling flat, numb, or disconnected, sensing that something is missing or off, struggling with identity or life transitions, being in need of support in parenting, or just sensing that this is important somehow. Our work will bring you back to your center, wholeness, and new possibilities by providing corrective and missing experiences, acceptance, and connection through mindful, experiential, supportive and body-based therapies. The relationship between a therapist and client is the foundation of transformation and I invite inquiries to see if we could be a good fit for one another.
